I have an dell inspiron 6400 laptop. when i install the graphics driver it shows the error nessage"ONE OR MORE FILES MISSING OR CORRUPT SETUP EXIT" kindly give any idea to solve this problem my dear friends....
If you are running Win 2000, or XP, try booting up from a WinXP CD, and at first screen type 'r' to go into recovery console. Once in recovery mode follow prompts as to what windows installation you want to fix, typically 1. Type Admin password, if there is one, otherwise tap the 'Enter' key. At next prompt )C:\Windows ...) type 'chkdsk C: \r' then tap the Enter key.
This should correct the error. Note: this task or command could take up to an hour or more, so plan ahead. Good Luck!
