Hello, I have the vicks v420 humidifier. The green light on top is on but nothing comes on. Help!

If you are having problems getting the vaporizer to work, just add salt to the water (seems so crazy simple but it works!). Also, make sure the removable column is tightly fixed inside; give it a few minutes and it should start to blow.

I have a Vicks V3800. I just bought a filter and put it in and filled up the water tank. I did not see any mist coming out so I turned it off, took the filter out and put it back in. Now the light is not lit when and turned it on. Nothing is working. The fan is not running, there is no light. What should I do now? Thanks.
