Your polygon mirror motor has stopped turning. alot of reasons why. 1 bad mirrior motor. 2 need to oil motor. you have to use thin weight oil 5w. 3 power supply. 4 laser. 5 sync pcb. 6 motor fialed becasue of cooling fan

sc320 mostly defective in polygon motor you can change by your self if you know how to remove the laser unit , it easy .

My 2022 shows an error code SC320 and also a error code SC672 what could be the problem
CS320 polygon motor (laser), you will need to replace it, it is not expensive!
CS672 control communication on start up, to many options, from circuit board to bad connection, you will need a tech for this.

When my ricoh afico 1018 printor is on error corde desplay sc320?
SC320 is a polygon mirror motor error. It could be caused by a poor connection or a faulty circuit board, but the most likely culprit is the polygon mirror motor itself. Replacing this motor (part #G0291961) is the most likely solution.

Is this actually a Ricoh Aficio 1013F, or another model, because "CH551" is not a ricoh service code?Do you mean "SC551"
If so, this is a fuser "triac" problem (basically a fuse in the heater unit). It can only be reset in service mode after the problem is fixed...and will require a tech.
