Volume Mt TOMTOM Volume has gone from high volume to almost silence. I have to hold my TOMTOM to my ear to hear the directions voiced. The visual shows that the volume is up. What can I do to fix it. RAL

I cannot increase volume and I have a severe hearing deficit. Even those that have good hearing can barley hear it.

Hello Smboston,
I like to help if i can. On your Tom Tom one there is whole at the bottom, this hole is to reset the Tom Tom in case of if it does not work properly. Put a pin (not a sharp one) into the hole and push it couple of times till you feel button is being pressed. That will reset the whole of your Tom Tom and try it then to see if it works fine. If it works good if not you need to check all your volume settings by going into the volume control settings. I hope it works for you. Good Luck.
