I think this printer has a driver software problem. I had a client with a Win98 machine using this printer, updated to Windows 2000, printer won't print anything (but does print alignment page). Uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, no help.
Have you instaled the proper drivers?what kind of problems do you have anyway?what errors?
