I really do not know how to convert dvd's from the file type VOB to a WMV or MPG... and i think that using different software would be easier... where can i find cheap (or free, preferrably) software that can read this type of file? i have windows vista home premium, and memorex dvd+rw dvd's. i would like to post videos from a camera (which i can re-record through a dvd recorder) onto youtube, but i just have no idea what software i need to edit it.
