I'm using AR-M276 and show the same error code H4-00, please help

I have an AR-BC320 Copier and it popped up the error code of H4-00. Someone said it is a cracked roller from a paper jam. Help please.

That copier is kind a old. The H4-00 is a fusing error code. The problem is that the fuser is not heatting up right. Mostly it is that
the fusing lamp is broken or the thermal fuse is blown. It will not reset untill the problem is resoloved
