Downloading Problem We used to have the scanner connected to are old computer whitch was windows98 now we have windowsxp and the scanner disc will not download onto are computer can you help as we still whant to use are scanner on are new computer.

I have downloaded the software for color page hr7 scanner and completed the installation.it was also included in the device manager list.after rebooting my pc,it's all the same problem.no scanner was found.I thought I had done the right procedure but still I cant use my scanner.Can anybody please help..ANIE.... hello sir! I've been using a Genius Color Page-Vivid/Pro scanner until i stopped using Win 98 2nd ed OS. Since i upgraded my OS to winXP, my scanner can't be detected anymore. PLEASE HELP hello sir!
