What it is? You "just" need the security code for this player. If you have the code, you can put it in and the player should work. A manual how to input the code is in the faqs of Blaupunkt. I remember, that you have to press the first station button as often as the first digit of the code says. The same with station button two and digit two and so on.
By the way, I also need the code. I bought my car used and I didn't get the code with the car. But the player is still working without code.
