Duplex jam Our Lexmark C912's new personality trait: If you print a letter-sized, two-sided document, after the printer draws the paper back in again to print the second side, the paper jams in the duplexing tray. The paper is always stuck in the tray in the same position, askew at a 45 degree angle. Has anyone encountered this problem? If so, have a solution? Thanks!
