Its not a technical problem, behind the screen of the face of the phone , theres a clear plate which is connected to the electrical base of the fone via a small tape bit ( which is a brownish colour , its like the electrical base- very thin) that tape has snapped and the phone isnt working! , do you know where ic ould order that plate with the tape???
