Hello- This pump system has a strainer and screen that can trap debris against the pump blades, stopping motor. Turn off power. Pull torx screws holding pump cover and strainer. Remove and clean out debris. Check to see if motor turns. If not, it is locked up and needs to be replaced. Let me know if this info helps- have more if needed. -Thanks- ED
