Without that download you CAN NOT remedy this situation... You will have to get the converter, and install it, plug in your MP3, using the converter software convert what you need, and copy to MP3, then using safely remove USB, in system tray, R?H side bottom, icon, remove MP3 player, turn of & on, and you should be able to play, what you have put, on..

If Desktop :
if its a desktop computer and you have a cable connected from your modem to the computer than unplug and re-plug the power cable from your modem and than restart your computer and you'll get online.
If Laptop :
check wireless switch on your laptop. make sure its turned on and you have wireless light on your router. restart the laptop and you'll get online.
How to speed up the computer
1. click on start >> go to Run >> type "prefetch" and click OK >> select all the files and delete them.
2. click on start >> go to Run >> type "%temp%" and click OK >> select all the files and delete them [Note : If you fail to delete any file then leave that particular file and delete the rest]
3. click on start >> go to Run >> type "msconfig" and click OK >> click on startup tab at top right side >> click on disable all [Note : check few like synaptics, wireless]
4. click on start >> go to Run >> type "inetcpl.cpl" and click OK >> go to advanced tab and click reset.
5. Restart your computer
[Note : If at startup you get a message from system Configuration Utility then check the box "don't show this message again" and click OK]

I studied the past solutions you received ..even that with the pm3 player ..and they seam correct ...Indeed..the files you are loading need to be mp3 format to be read if this is the only format that this player supports...so.. this is a mp3 converter ...that need to be downloaded and installed into the computer in order to have a tool to convert the files before loading them..http://www.wma-mp3.org/free-wma-mp3-conv... OK...about the second issue ...if I understood well you said that the internet explorer do not allow to download,,,this must be a pop-up blocker and if you are trying to download and it not allows you ...see that under the instruments bars..a new thin bar appears ..and when you click on it ...it gives you choices ...the first is to allow the download..... If you take a good look it is written on that bar that the internet explorer blocked some action and it needed to click on that bar to take an action... please ask me anything you do not understand... By the way ...after download..install that program ..and open it ..load the file you need to convert ..choose the format to convert into ..and press convert ...this in case you never used one of this before.. If i understand wrong ...and for some reason the internet is cut out for good...this may be a virus..and to restore it temporary ..make a restore of teh computer settings to an earlier date ...you will find the system restore..into the Start/all programs/accessories /system tools...system restore..just choose an earlier date ..and go for i t..but Im almost sure that was just a communication problem and you wanted to say that the browser is blocking the download ..not that it doesnt work anymore... again ..feel free to ask for guidance...Have a nice day ! ...
