Our printer have stuck and it writes that black color is uncoordinated we try evrything but it still dont work
Try to do the cartridge re-alignment procedure via the printer's maintenance options.
I guess it should be able to solve out the problem.
May be the cartridge needs some cleaning. Do note that the print head is located on cartridge. So if there are ink stains on the cartridge, this may block the communication between the printer and the cartridge.
If even after cleaning, you are having same problem, then may be the printhead sensor has become faulty and needs to be replaced.
In that case you will need to replace the black cartridge.
