Hello the sound driver can be downloaded here:

http://www.msi.com/product/mb/KT4V---KT4V-L--v1-0-.html#/?div=Driver&os=All

Please unzip the file before you install the driver.
You will need to reboot after the installation is done.
Here is not drivers for all windows system.
If you run windows 7, try the driver from here:
