Hello firstly my tefal avanti 2 slice toaster is exactly what your picture shows only it is TT704115 rather than your code so I'm not sure they are the same. Have had this for about a year and has worked fine. Gave it a good shake to get loads of crumbs out the other day and now it won't work. Any suggestions?
