I bought this phone around 3 weeks back and i m facing problem of alignment of Screen . the settings does not remain for long and its now extremely difficult to even go to Windows/Today menus.
The alignment of screen seems to be a big problem as i am unable to access most of the function and leads to wrong keys/tabs
I was having problem with the touch screen response. no matter how many times or how hard I would touch the screen it would not respond. Finally, I got fed up and did a hard reset which I didn't want to do because I would lose all my phone numbers and etc. I did a hard reset and now I can't get passed the alignment screen.
