I have forgoten my security code and my mastercode is not unlocking it. what do i do?

SOURCE: 5220 security code not working. Now I cannot unlock phone

Hi Friend,
As you have told that u have tried all the possible methods,and the code which is given by 3rd party are scam,So dont take those codes under consideration.kindly inform it to your service provider,they will make a reset to your security code from their backend process,since they keep all the codes in a secure manner.

Kindly check it and provide the status

Select Menu > Settings > Security settings.

• To set the phone to ask for your Personal Identification Number ( PIN) code every time the phone is switched on, if this function is supported by your Subscriber Identity Module ( SIM) card, select "PIN code request".
• To restrict incoming calls to and outgoing calls from your phone, select "Call restrictions".
• To restrict your outgoing calls to selected phone numbers (if this function is supported by your SIM card), select "Fixed dialing".
• To specify a group of people whom you can call and who can call you, select "Closed user group".
• To set the security code for your phone, select "Security level". The preset security code is 12345.
• To change the security code, PIN code, PIN2 code or restriction password, select "Access codes
