What is the process of hacking?

Not really sure what you mean. There is know one tool that can just "hack" what you want out of it. Hacking or (by what I think you mean) Cracking are complicated process and logical methods. Using a tool isn't hacking, a tool can help a hacker but is not going to do the job for. Script kiddies often do this and actually have no knowledge of what they are doing or how they are doing it at all?

If you are serious about learning about hacing then there are plenty of security books out there, and even CEH certifications you can do but if you are looking to crack software you are unlikely to find help on here. Try usenet or the like.
