I had my computer in storage for about 13 months and now that I got a place I hooked it up and it came on andthen about 1 minute later it shut off and never came on again

Leave the pc in the room you intend on keeping it in for a couple of days to allow the pc to get used to the temp. Where was is kept in staorage, ie garage ect. It should work again after its settled.
