DP562 This laptophad been "WIPED" by my wife's work. There was no cd with the frame when I bought it.I am running Windows XP. My camera works and my mouse works. If I could find that driver, it would probably fix the problem, but I have not been able to find that driver. It is not on the COBY website. If you know where I can get it, That would be the greatest help.

You may already have this, but below is a link to the manual for your digital photo frame. If you look at page 33, it states that a USB driver is not necessary if you are running windows XP. It also states that you must have a memory card installed in the photo frame when you plug it into the computer in order for the computer to recognize it. Finally, it also states on page 34 that the first time you plug in your frame that it may take several minutes to recognize the device before installing it. I hope this is more helpful.
