General error message.
I stupidly loaded the wrong type of paper into the printer and grabbed it out from the rear of before i realized what i'd done now i get the general error messase that will not clear regardless of no paper being jammed or any other obstruction that i can see.
please help me if you can
I solved the problem .. during the ignition printer I inserted a sheet of paper in the printer (side cartridge) while the rollers running. the printer has expelled the sheet and the problem is solved

Hi thanks fir the tip But i did manage to yank all the paper out at the time so i know there is nothing stuck in the printer it just keeps give the general error message!
