I can't get the wireless enabled. Whenever I click HP Wireless Assistant it says I have to go to the Windows Device Manager and when I do, I can't find the wireless. All there is in the Network Adapters is ''NVIDIA nForce 10/100/1000 Mbps Networking Controller'' I enabled Rx and Tx but it still doesn't work.

Even better buy a Cat5/6 ethernet cable
plug it in and use it. easy as eating apple pie. no magic to run that.
for 10x better speed too. in most cases.
try it and not use wifi,
we use it as a backup here only. for CELLS
every room in my home has giglan jacks.
and wifi with 3 zones/
there are more choices
buy 3/4g card(dongle, usb) and use that?

lets see here, your NVIDIA thing is for your ethernet port in your computer.
the wireless PCI adapter, is well, a wireless adapter, its used to connect your wireless, and a 1394 Net Adaptor Connection is basically Win2k/XP's way of telling
you that you have a Firewire interface installed in your system.
so, if your going wireless, you dont need NVIDIA, and as your device manager shows that it has a red x on it, it shows that its disabled. as for everything else, i wouldent worry about it.
