Please select the one for your windows system.
The program will automatic find the driver you need.
You maybe have to reboot after the program is installed.

Free of course from the good folks at IBM
The compuetr this is out of for future reference is an IBM Netvista 8305
You will probably want the ADI sound driver, not the TurtleBeach version.
