First back up your phone memory on your memory card by going to Memory card->options->backup phone memory.then dial *#7370# and enter the lock/security code when prompted.this will wipe off every data on your phone memory.you can then restore your backup after the format is over.best of luck.you can rate me cos this will definitely work.cheers
