At this point there is no known fix without replacing the card. Depending on your computer, you could replace the entire graphics card as a costly solution.
I am sorry but i fail to see the connection between the graphics card and the usb controlled mouse, I would suggest updating to the latest logitech drivers or possibly tinkering around with drivers from another model , i had a similar problem with mine and i did that , it worked magnificently
