I have reinstalled the software two times - everything seems to be working, but the computer doesn't recognize the camera. It doesn't come up as a choice and I can't copy any of the video clips to the computer. It used to work, but now is not working.
Have installed cam from disc onto my computer but it gave an error message when I plugged in and got the 'found new hardware' message. Something about an installation error. Trying to use 'Image Mixer' to get video clips onto my computer.
