Error code cood124d

Trying to put videos on wife's zune 1125 and keep getting error code cood124d, can you help.

One of two solutions to try

First, hold back arrow button and up on the touch pad (non-touch screen version) until it resets, then try to sync again.

If no go...

Next, connect the device to a true 2.0 usb port, try not to use any usb ports on your monitor or keyboard, connect the Zune directly to your PC and then try.

Lastly, not a troubleshooting steps per se, but try a different Zune cable as the 1st generation cables are thin, slow, and are easily damaged.
