My HTC Touch Pro 2 won't turn on. It was working fine yesterday.
Obviously first thing is battery, maybe it is defective. Or it could be contacts in the battery compartment. Or the power button. You could try the soft reset (right-hand side of the phone under the back cover, a red (or green) button.

I have been using my touch pro as just a ppc and not a phone but about a week ago i took some pictures i didnt want someone to see so i put a lock on the phone the phone has been unlocked for about a week but then the battery died and the password screen is up again and i cant remember the code i used is there a way to unlock my phone without losing all my data it is a sprint touch pro

A hard reset would be the last option you can do, but unfortunately all your data would be lost,since you cant "log In" to do a backup
these are the steps
press and hold volume down and enter buttons then using your stylus press the reset button until a restore message appears, holding three buttons until a message appear
to hard reset,select hard rest by pressing up volume key.
After that just follow th on screen instruction until done. Your Phone may reboot after this.
