How do I reset my panasonic inverter dimension 4 microwave after turning it off at the mains?

i had to take the entire cover off the microwave (it is held in pace by screws at back as well as the bottom). Take the busted bulb to hardware store (bunnings) or panasonic spares and replace. Note I have a slightly different models (nn9853, nn9807).

Your Magnatron is most likely to have failed, its an expensive part and on a turbo 4 could be 2M236-M42. Unfortunatly this appears to fail due to reduced air flow. So if you do replace it I would clean the rear grills completely to increase the airflow within the oven.

The first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.

If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged for maybe an hour.

If that doesn't work, check the owner's manual.
