Hi there! You may need to readdress the remote to the receiver. Just follow these quick steps to do so:
1. Access System Information screen and note the Remote Address
2. Hold SAT on the non-working remote until all lights on top turn on.
3. Enter a number between 1-15 and press #
4. Press record 3 times and the number should change.
