    Rajesh27 K,

You need DNS . GOOD CALL by chandra99
You can replicate between 2 dcs not 2 servers.
    Use repadmin from support tools.

First u should check the ip,subnet mask, gateway, the static routes(if the second server belongs to a different subnet),the connectivity. Is there a firewall blocking the replication traffic? Is there a faulty RAS in your lan(is a firewall too) Disable any firewall rules and try again. If no luck, make the second server a DNS with copies of the zones(from the GC).Then backup and demote the second DC.Try to install the Active Directory again as an additional DC in the same forest. The GC should have Act.Directory integrated DNS zones. No luck ? Try to install the Support Tools and then in command prompt write netdiag and then dcdiag /e.Read carefully the output.Good luck.

Hi

You are not given a full information in your question, maximum replication problems comes with DNS and Group Policies. If you have any previous System state Backups, restore in both the servers. i think it will resolve your problem. Next time any problem comes give full specifications.
