The steering handle has a red switch on it. Pull the switch to the right and then twist the handle grip forward. The stroller should start to collapse.
Infant seats sit rear facing. You'll have to recline the stroller seat. Then the clip on the infant seat will grab the food tray and lock it in. Your stroller might have come with an additional strap to secure the seat once you have it locked.

I believe that this model has a little switch built into the handle bar (just underneath the handle bar you hold onto when you are pushing the stroller). You turn, slide or push this little switch at the same time as pushing the handlebars forward. Be firm and this will start the folding process.
Folding up duoglider. Fold the botom basket down. I always take off the front wind breaker ( infants cover). It will just pop right off. Then locate the front handle of glider, slide red button to the right and twist.
on the side of the stroller the should be a latch lock type of mechanism holding the stroller closed. the hook part of the lock is plastic and the same color of the stroller tubing, but the little part it latches on to should be a bright red color. just locate this lock and release it. you should be able to pull the stroller open. hope this helps. if you're still having trouble, mushroombunny@yahoo.com
