I am trying to do a full system restore, I have the restore disk, every time it tries to do the system restore it goes to a blue screen that says "DRIVER_IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Windows xp will not start up at all. I just want to to do a full system restore. How can I do it?
