Hi this error code c000 is a possible indication of your ink cartridge/either needs cleaning/or check that they are properly seated/ie take them out and re-seat them back into there holders/the other possibility is you may have some print paper stuck in the roller/this needs to be checked.hope this helps.

Blocked Zahnrad-/Kupplungs-Verbindung between the two systems / defective. The purge unit pump or hose is clogged...recommend having serviced by tech.
