Re: e-90 error message on the printer
Hey Pretty Joy,
I had the same error and looked at the suggestions. It seems all of the user correctable problems are related to the ink carriage not being able to move freely (mine was a paper jam). Open the lid and see if the carriage will move,
e-90 error on my cx7800 printer
I tried a Continuous Ink Supply (CIS) system on my Epson DX6050 and got the same problem, which manifested itself with a nasty `gear tooth stripping' type sound. However, refitting my old cartidges seems to have rectified the problem. I am puzzled though as the piping to the CIS sytem was very flexible and did not have any binding or trapping.

and gives attempts to give me help through windows which is useless. and no I can't print from Dos, but I've contacted Epson to see if they have any suggestions.
