Try booting in safe mode. keep pressing F8 when the computer boots up till a screen with options come. select safe mode with networking.
if it boots, then install avira antivirus(it is available for free download).
seems like a worm/virus.
if not i recommend reinstallation.
my suggestion with my personal experience is to get a clean new installation and be cautious about connecting drives/ network before a antivirus is installed.
