There are no drivers to install if you are not using Windows98 but are using an OS that is more recent. As to adding devices to your USB ports and those devices, such as a printer, needed to be attached to the port in a a proper sequence... usually after the software is installed and the software instructs you to do so. Same goes for the Scanner and the Mouse.
What to do? Uninstall the software for those devices, un-attach them from your system. Reboot and then install the software first and when instructed to do so attach the USB cable to a port. Do that for each device and reboot first if asked to before proceeding to the next device.
