The time should be done on automatic by pressing WAVE.

To set manually:
Press the [SET] Button for more than 2 sec. The Year will pop up set to correct year then press SET again to set date/mth, keep holding till it get to right month n date (the month and date does not set separately). Press SET again and set TIME then press SET again for your choice of 12hr or 24hr.

I don't think the P23-DH has a calendar/clock mode. I have found the instructions for setting date and time for the P23-DH V. If your calculator does not have [Calendar/Clock], [Time Set], and [AM/PM] keys, you cannot set the date and time.

"00", the display will show 12.00 then press the clock/calendar key, the correct date will show up. For 12:00am key in "0",".","00" as it expects to see 24hr time.
