To fix this problem place this alignment sheet on the scanner glass as if u were copying somthing n just press the scan button .the power light will blink few times n then stop.which means alignment is complete n u hve fixed ur problem. rate this solution as fixya n encourage us to solve more n more problem in future. thanks bye
