my e72 problem is sometimes

my e72 problem is sometimes when i calling or receive call,other party cannot listen my voice...but i can heard them...sometime o.k,sometime no..but always happened...how can i solve the problem??...other thing is the battery sometime shown full and sometime getting low...plzz help me..

when i use net via WLAN my became hang and sho me massage of system error allways

This is because your phone network have complaint.If you use your phone in this condition it will become worst.

So contact a service center near to you and get it repaired.
