My computer doesnt recognize my creative web cam qmax sw1000 version, the wizard cannot find the necessary software

Also note if you are running Windows XP or higher you do not need the software to get the pictures off the camera (I have one my self and it works fine on my Windows XP and Windows 7 computers).
