I have Emachine and then the Model is E627.It have a webcam.
I have installed the webcam driver to my laptop.but,it does not work.

Go to Device Manager and check whether there is a camera listed under 'Imaging Devices'. If that option is not there, there is no camera detected on the computer. It can be due to a harware failure or there is no camera in the computer. Most of the eMachines laptops doesnot come with a webcam. Just clarify this with the eMachines tech support before troubleshooting it.
