I have a Problem witw

I have a Problem witw my ALPS Printer MD 1000. I can print with 4.colors and Black. But I can not print with Metallic  Gold Silver and so on. I think I need to install it New, but I can not find a Driver for that porpose. I need it for Win. 2000.
Can you help me.

Hi! Theres no available free downloadable driver for windows 2000. But there sure is for 95/98/ME. as a first course of action please try this. Unplug the printer from power source then turn it on and leave it for 10secs. while unplugged to reset the system. Once the system is resetted you'll be good.
