Code AF usually refers to memory especially if it comes with a long beep instead of the normal quick beep.
If you have recently added memory remove the new stick and reboot. If all is well then the new stick is not compatible with the old one or with the motherboard.
If no memory has been added recently then try removing your memory stick and re-inserting it, it may not be seated firmly in place or, if you have more than one
stick, fit them one at a time to rule out any compatibility problems, or
errors with one or other of them.
Another thing that will throw a code AF is the processor, make sure the processor is firmly seated under the cooling fan and that there is the proper amount of cool seal between the fan and the top of the processor. BE VERY CAREFULL when working near the processor as a static discharge can and will destroy the processor and don't bend any of the pins on the processor base. If not familiar with working with a processor DON'T. Take it to someone who is.
