This is to remind you that you need to clean air filter. Press the up and down arrow keys in the ac panel , not in the remote, and ch sign will disappear.
In doing some research, I found this link to Samsung which may or may not be of any value. However,I did discover that "ch" possibly means "chill", what it does is not clearly explained.
