How do I thread an Argus Holiday Super Eight 838 projector?

SOURCE: I can not turn the light on my super eight

I would use a volt/ohm meter to test the bulbs, If they are known to be good, open up the projector and look for a fuse.

BTW- Elmo was purchased by Canon many years ago.
