Hello, When I insert the micro receiver of my wireless stow n go laptop mouse and turn the mouse on, it does not control the cursor. I took the receiver out and tried it at a different usb port. I had no response, so I switched it off and back on and still no response. Can you tell me what to do now? Thanks, Wanda

Sounds like you’re missing the driver download, go to the manufacture website of the mouse and in the search window type in the model of the mouse and driver downloads. This should fix it

With Vista and so many of it's incompatibility issue's...you maybe have downloaded something and it corrupted your software for that mouse...

Here is the url with vista drivers. Redownload the drivers and install...see if this helps

SOURCE: Mouse goofy

no drivers needed for that..

the prob may be due to the dead battery... with no power in the mouse unit... check it... or else take the mouse nearer to the usb unit and see if its working.. the pair does not connect if at a distance more than 6-7 feet

SOURCE: my wireless mouse doesn't work

There might be a connect button on the mouse and the USB dongle that might work. Push one with the tip of a pencil, then the other. If that doesn't work, try it the other way (pushing connect on the mouse first).
