Sync problems I just got my player today, for the second time, both times, I've had problems with it Syncing songs, it'll sing a few songs, and then it'll get really sluggish and sometimes stop and error out, the first time they said to return it, but it seems to be happening with this player too. The only thing I can thing of it's something happening when I format the player to get rid of the factory songs to free up space.

The songs have to be in the correct format. If the songs are DRM-encryptd WMA files with no transfer rights, they will give you an error message. The stores have no idea what they are doing vis-a-vis mp3 players. Read my 2-part article in tips and tricks on song formats to get a fuller explanation of why you are getting that error message/timeout.
