Since you have not provided the model of your samsung phone hence I can't make sure that it works with a sim card or the sim card is inbuilt. In both the cases you are required to call the customer care from another working handset with the sim card from same company and tell them the telephone number for which you require the puk code. The only person who can give you the puk code is your phone service provider.
